• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

2. We will provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.

Important Notes

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Clearance items and personal products (e.g., lingerie, lubricants) are non-refundable unless defective.
