Every order ships in plain packaging. No branding, no product names on the box, nothing that says what is inside. Your billing descriptor stays non-explicit too, so nothing turns up on a statement that you would rather explain.

This is standard on every order. It is not a checkbox and it is not an upcharge.

Shipping is a flat $6.99, and free on orders over $75. You can check where an order has got to any time from the order tracking page using your order number and email.

Guest checkout is always available. You do not need to create an account to order — an email address is enough for us to send updates and for you to look the order up later.

This is an adult store. You must be 18 or older to enter or to order, and we ask for your date of birth before the site loads. Your date of birth is used once, in your browser, to check your age — it is never stored or sent anywhere.

We sell intimate products, so how we handle your information is part of the product. Two commitments sit behind everything else:

• We never hold your card details. Card data goes straight to our payment provider and is exchanged for a token. Your card number is never stored in our database, written to our logs, or visible to our staff — even a full compromise of this site could not expose one, because there is none here. That places us in PCI DSS SAQ A, the category for merchants who fully outsource card handling.
• We run no trackers of any kind. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts profiling you across the web. We do not record which products you looked at.

Beyond that: every page is served over encrypted HTTPS; customer records carry no public read access and are reachable only by our own servers; order lookups are rate limited against automated abuse; and the age check evaluates your date of birth in your browser and never stores it — we keep only the fact that it passed.

We do not sell, rent or share personal information. The carrier gets the name and address needed to deliver your parcel and nothing about what is inside it.

Everything is priced in US dollars (USD), shipping is a flat $6.99 and free over $75, and we ship across the United States in plain, unmarked packaging.

Unopened items can come back within 30 days, and anything faulty, damaged or wrong is replaced or refunded in full — including postage. Opened intimate products can’t be returned, which is a hygiene rule every retailer of these goods follows.

How discreetly is my order packaged?

Every order ships in plain packaging with no branding and no product names on the box. Discreet delivery is standard, not an upgrade you pay for.
