Your privacy, in plain terms

• We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, nothing profiling you across the web.
• We never store your card details. Nothing card-related reaches our servers.
• Your date of birth is never stored. The 18+ check happens in your browser and the date is discarded.
• We never sell, rent or share your personal information, and we never tell anyone what you bought beyond what is needed to deliver it.
• Every order ships in plain packaging with no branding or product names on the box.

You can browse the entire store without giving us anything. We collect information only when you place an order or contact us.

Email address

To send your receipt and order updates, and so you can look your order up later. It also unlocks the message thread on your order.

Name and shipping address

To deliver your order. Shared with the carrier for that delivery and nothing else.

What you ordered

To fulfil it and keep an accurate record of what you paid. Prices are stored as a snapshot, so a later price change never rewrites your receipt.

Messages you send us

So we can answer questions about your order. Kept with that order.

IP address

Recorded only to rate-limit sign-in attempts and order lookups, which stops automated abuse. Not used to profile or track you.

• Your date of birth. The age check runs entirely in your browser. The date you enter is used once to work out whether you are 18, then discarded — it is never sent to us and never written down. All we keep is a yes/no cookie recording that the check was passed.
• Card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. See the security page for how card payment is handled.
• An account or password. Checkout is guest-only. There is no customer login to breach.
• Browsing or advertising profiles. We do not record which products you looked at, and we do not build interest profiles or retarget you with ads.

We use as few as the store can function with. None are advertising cookies.

dad_age_ok

Records that you confirmed you are 18 or over, so you are not asked on every page. Contains only a yes — not your date of birth. Lasts one year.

dad_cart_v1

Your bag, held in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and reaches us only when you check out.

dad_admin, dad_gate

Staff sign-in only. Never set for customers.

Clearing your browser data removes all of these. The age check will simply ask again.

We keep this list short on purpose, and none of these companies may use your information for their own purposes.

Our hosting provider

Serves the website and receives requests, as any web host does.

Our database provider

Stores orders and messages. Reachable only by our own servers.

Our email provider

Delivers receipts and order updates to your inbox.

Our payment provider

Handles the card transaction directly. They receive your payment details; we do not.

The delivery carrier

Receives the name and address needed to deliver the parcel — never a list of the contents.

This matters more here than on most sites, so it is a commitment rather than a courtesy:

• Parcels are plain, with no branding, no product names and nothing on the outside indicating what is inside.
• Emails from us carry only your order number in the subject line — never a product name — because an inbox preview is visible to whoever is near your screen.
• Your card statement descriptor is kept non-explicit.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them to support the order, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Messages are kept with the order they belong to. Rate-limiting records expire automatically within hours.

If you would like your information deleted sooner, ask us and we will delete whatever we are not legally required to keep.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
• send you a copy of your data.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour these requests wherever you are, and we will never charge you or treat you differently for making one. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

This is an adult store. It is not intended for anyone under 18, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and entry is gated by an age confirmation. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
