This is an adult store. By entering the site and placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that it is lawful for you to buy these products where you live. We may cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe this is not the case.

Some jurisdictions restrict the sale of certain adult products. You are responsible for knowing whether the products you order can lawfully be delivered to your address, and we may decline or cancel orders to places where we cannot lawfully ship.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include no taxes unless stated at checkout. Shipping is a flat $6.99, and free on orders over $75. The total you are shown before you confirm is the total you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but the price of an order is fixed when you place it. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it, and we will tell you why.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept it by confirming your order. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.

Stock is not reserved until an order is placed, so an item can sell out while it is in your bag.

Payment is taken through our payment provider. Card details go directly to them and are never stored on our systems — see our security statement. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you give us.

Your card statement descriptor is kept non-explicit. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank — it is almost always faster to resolve directly.

We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and time is not of the essence. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Every order ships in plain packaging with no branding or product names on the outside. It is your responsibility to give an address where you can safely receive a parcel.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days; opened intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; anything faulty, damaged or wrong is replaced or refunded in full. The full terms, including how to start a return, are on the returns page and form part of these terms.

Products are sold for personal, lawful use by adults. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, check materials against any allergies you have, and use a compatible lubricant where relevant. Nothing sold here is a medical device and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition, ask a clinician rather than us.

Please do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or interfere with this site, and do not use the order messaging to send unlawful, threatening or abusive content. We may withdraw access and cancel orders where this happens.

The content of this site — text, layout and branding — belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Please contact us first with any complaint — we would rather resolve it than argue about it.
